Really good Experience All Around!
generous upgrade very nice service helpful front desk striking harbor view
Edmond and the team provided very nice service. They gave a generous upgrade. The front desk was so helpful. They assisted with luggage promptly. I also liked the harbor views. They were quite striking.
The minibar selection was somewhat limited. Otherwise, I have zero complaints.

The room itself felt spacious and well kept. The harbor view rooms provide an amazing sight with a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable.

I noticed that there is a 24-hour gym with cardio equipment and weights. The swimming pool is available . The hotel also features meeting rooms appropriate for business needs.

Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of options. The hotel restaurants offer diverse menus. The quality of the food was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the local dishes.

Romantic Escape with Unmatched Hospitality
great amenities room service
The team addressed a small medical issue with amazing speed and care. The hotel provided amazing amenities , and the breakfast and room service were both excellent , especially the food. I will certainly consider coming back here.
My biggest issue was that the shower glass door did not shut completely causing water to spill onto the marble floor making it slippery.

The breakfast buffet included a broad array of options, from fresh pastries to cooked-to-order omelets, all were prepared with care. The restaurant offered a sophisticated menu with both local and international dishes, all delicious. I loved the attentive service.

The staff was very attentive and ensured a smooth check-in. Concierge services were readily available and very helpful in arranging transportation. The housekeeping team kept the room super clean during the entire stay.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
clean room automatic shades wine knowledge
The room was very clean upon arrival. I liked the automatic shades. I also enjoyed having access to the lounge. The sommelier's wine knowledge enhanced my lounge bar experience, because he recommended an excellent wine flight.
The dim lighting in the bathroom needs improvement.

The hotel is within walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Taxis are readily available just outside the hotel. Many local food options surround the area, which I explored, and it was very convenient. I really liked that.

I found the staff to be friendly. They also seemed very attentive to requests. The hotel offers water dispensers on each floor. Amenities like slippers and wooden toothbrushes are provided, which I appreciate.

The breakfast had excellent variety! There were Hong Kong-style noodles, congee, Taiwanese soy milk soup, and Indian biryani. Classic options like bread and fresh fruits were also available. The food was AMAZING!!!

Really good Service and Great Location
convenient location attentive staff excellent service
I was very pleased with the hotel's location near the ferry and public transportation. The staff was very attentive. They even sent my parents' wallet to our next destination after it was accidentally left behind. I greatly appreciate their security consciousness and attention to detail. This level of service is commendable.
I noticed a limited selection of amenities in the room compared to previous stays.

My room was an awesome Harbour View Room! It was so clean. The location worked so well for me. It allowed me to walk along the waterfront to the pier for my excursions. The staff was fantastic and so helpful!
